Biodiesel RINs continue to climb.  The 2019 RIN is trading a half a cent below its all-time and the 2018 RIN is at a 4-week high.  Without the regularly released EPA biodiesel production data, which has been delayed due to the partial government shutdown, it’s hard to pinpoint production.
