The blending outlook became a bit more expensive.  Heating oil prices slipped a penny, settling at $1.88 per gallon while soybean oil futures climbed two percent to 28.77 cents per pound for March delivery.  Lower heating oil and stronger soybean oil combined and pushed the bean oil/heating oil spread five cents higher to 23 cents per gallon.  The 2019 biodiesel RIN did not offset the rise,…
