Blending economics improved, reaching its lowest cost to blend a gallon in more than a week.  A nice bounce in heating oil futures, coupled with softer soybean oil prices allowed the bean oil/heating oil spread to deflate 10-cents per gallon today.  RINs remain largely complacent in the Holiday shortened week.
