The bid offer spread on both organic corn and soybeans appears to be getting wider as the holiday’s approach.  While Organic corn prices remain offered at $10, bids are closer to the $9.0, $9.25 mark picked up at the farm in the mid-west (The Jacobsen). Soybean bids remain steady at $18, with offers closer to the $18.50 level.
