As we head into the holiday season the organic corn market appears flat.  Most consumers are covered for the balance of the year into the Q1, with about 40% of the organic corn market yet to be priced.  Farmers want $10 for their organic corn and seem to be willing to store it hoping that there is a return to the $10.50 they saw for Organic corn mid-west (The Jacobsen), picked up at the farm in August of 2018.  9-months of carry will put prices near $10.375 which means that…
