Closing Comments

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) released the 2018 Q2 credit/deficit generation report last night.  The data shows credit generation to be behind forecast for both diesel and gas substitute fuels.  Adding to the discomfort, CARBOB and diesel fuel were creating deficits that were over forecast.
