Heating Oil prices dropped on Robust Crude Oil Stock Build

Heating oil prices moved lower on Thursday following the Department of Energy’s inventory report. Crude oil and gasoline stock piles increased and while distillates declined total petroleum stock levels surged. Refinery inputs moved lower, production climbed and imports dipped. With production offsetting imports the drop in refinery runs allowed crude oil stocks to build.
