Crop Progress – Crop quality improves as harvest continues 

Nearly all the corn has reached the denting stage with the national total at 97%.  This is up 4 points from last week and 4 ahead of the 5-year average.  72% of the crop has matured, up 18 points from last week and 19 over the 5-year average.
