Organic chicken demand as measured by domestic production is rising.  The US does not import or export and significant numbers of organic chicken, which makes domestic supply and prices a gauge of demand.  Prices have remained stable and domestic supply is rising. 

Year over year Organic chicken weight slaughtered increased 5% year over year for the first 8-months of the year.  For the 3-weeks in September, demand is higher by 4%.
