The biomass-based diesel category receives strong benefit from the nearly 14% increase to the overall advanced biofuel RVO for 2019  The overall biofuel mandate increases 3.06%, the Advanced Biofuel mandate jumps 13.75%, D3 moves 33% higher, and the 2020 D4 increases 15.7%.
