Fat prices moved lower out of New Zealand on strong production and lower demand from Singapore. Cattle kills are seasonally up as the wind down into winter begins. Buyers in China have been on the sidelines and will continue to try and wait out a bottom. Australian sellers are in a similar situation, but a lack of trading has kept the market flat this week.
