Trading was quiet to start the week with no action reported. The RFS drama continues with pressure heating up on Scott Pruitt after reports surfaced that he has been paying “below-market” values to lease a DC apartment that is co-owned by the wife of an energy/oil lobbyist. Given President Trump’s penchant for firing cabinet members, many are hopeful that a change will be made and a replacement found that is friendlier, or at least slightly friendly, towards the RFS…
