Heaviness continues in the Eastern markets with yellow grease and poultry fat dropping sharply again this week. Yellow grease trading was reported in a range, $0.1950 – 0.2000 delivered Carolinas, poultry fat was down a penny to $0.2000 – 0.2100. Mid South poultry fat trading was down to $0.2500 – 0.2600 FOB and is likely to see further pressure due to the significantly cheaper neighboring markets.
