Market Activity

There was plenty of action in the edible markets today with three cars of lard trading at $0.3200 Chicago and six cars of edible tallow at $0.3100 Chicago.

Choice white grease remains heavy in the East and Mo. River markets with trading reported $0.1600 – 0.1950 and $0.1600 – 0.1900, respectively.  Yellow grease in the Carolinas was off a half cent from the previous high, $0.2100 – 0.2150.
