News of budget bill working its way through Congress with a tax credit for 2017, but sans 2018 has locked the fat market up today. Tech tallow was offered flat out of the Chicago market at $0.3000, but no trading was reported. Gulf trading for March was reported yesterday at $0.3000 for tech tallow.
