YG, CWG and DCO supplies remain abundant in the Midwest, keeping downward pressure on prices.

There have been some shipments, around mid-week, of Midwest fats into the Southeast United State which have caused downward pressure on poultry fat and YG prices in that area.

It’s reasonable to think that that fat prices in the Midwest have little upside price potential for the next couple of weeks while prices in the Southeast are at risk to edge lower.
