Soybean futures closed lower on a weekly basis for the second straight week. A quickening pace in the soybean harvest applied some pressure as values edged lower, slipping 3.5 cents per bushel for the Nov contract and 2.75 for the Jan. The harvest advanced 21 points last week and is now 70% complete, three points behind the 5-year average….
