Soybean export sales for the 2016/17 marketing year rebounded this week, rising from a marketing year low -400.3 TMT to 123.2 and were 49% above the prior 4-week average of 82.8 TMT. New crop sales were down 22% but remained strong at 1,559.1 TMT.  Combined season sales of 1,682.3 TMT were up 5% from last week and exceeded analyst expectations that ranged from 650 to 1,500 TMT.  2016/17 export commitments are 104% of the USDA forecast…
