Weekly Export Sales

Soybean export sales for the 2016/17 marketing year hit a marketing year low, dropping from 453.2 TMT to -400.3 TMT.  Sales were well below the prior 4-week average of 258.8 TMT. New crop sales were up more than 100%, lifting combined season sales to 1,608.6 TMT. Combined crop year sales were up 19% from last week and exceeded analyst expectations that ranged from 450 to 1,400 TMT.  2016/17 export commitments are 102% of the USDA…
