The closing numbers

Biodiesel RINs edged lower while ethanol RINs managed to squeeze out a fractional gain.  The combination of the moves narrowed the B17/E17 RIN spread to 14 cents.  While the recent court ruling said the EPA erred in using its waiver authority, it was not supportive for all RIN classes.  D6’s found additional support and climbed….
