Market Activity

Ruminant MBM traded at $235 – 275 FOB Mo. River this afternoon and $230 – 275 FOB Panhandle. Sources reported good volume throughout the range including $240, $245 and $260. Trading into the Eastern market was up, $325 and AL/GA action topped out at that price as well. Sources continue to report strong demand from the blend sector to fill orders into SEA.At an average of $252.50, MBM is now at 86% of the price of nearby SBM.
