Yellow grease traded in three rail cars out of the IL market, $0.2675. Late Friday, lard traded in two rail cars at $0.3450 Chicago. Outside of these trades, the market was quiet today. The heat index is over 100 in a number of Midwestern locations this week, which looks to push up ffas and create issues for fat buyers and sellers as the week moves along.
