Trading out of the New Zealand market was down NZ$10 – 45, depending on grade. The premium tallows, i.e. 1 and 2%, saw decreases of NZ$10, while 10% fell NZ$45. Sources have reported an increased fastidiousness from fuel buyers, which has pushed additional low grade material into the market. Production, while seasonally lower, has been reported as strong.
