Market Activity

Ruminant MBM was quiet this afternoon with no action reported. Porcine MBM did trade as high as $280 out of the Mo. River market, but good volume was also done $220 – 240 Eastern IA/IL and Mo. River. Eastern trading was reported $250 – 280.

Blood meal trading was quiet, but sources have reported some lower offers are floating around the market. Early indications were for porcine in the mid to lower $900’s FOB Midwest.
