Market Activity

Trading was limited to YG out of the Mo. River at steady money. Trading elsewhere was very quiet.

The market was again mostly flat last week with few changes in price. The weekly average for tallow fell to $0.2950, catching up with a mid week trade lower from the week before. Poultry fat prices were up 2/10^th of a cent compared to the week prior. The average got a boost from the Mid South market, which saw prices trade up a penny. Buyers were…
