January Biodiesel Imports Grind to a Halt

Per the US Census Bureau, the United States imported 4,228,143 gallons of biodiesel during the month of January.  This is a 96% decline from the 110.63 million gallons imported in December and is 53% less than the 8.98 million gallons imported during January of 2016.  In fact, one would have to go back to 2013 to find a year in which import activity began at a slower pace.
