2017 Biomass based diesel production off to a slow start at 125.8 million gallons

January EMTS production, as reported by the EPA, moved slowly during the first month.  January production of 125.8 million D4 gallons was down 67% from December and 21,633 gallons less than what was seen in January of 2016.
