Market Activity

Trading was done in a wide range again on ruminant MBM, $240 – 310 FOB Panhandle and Mo. River. While a great deal of volume, 100 trucks, was done at $310, the bulk of trading into the feed sector has been concentrated in the $260 – 290 range. Sources have reported offers at sub $300 delivered into the East being turned away. Porcine trading was done lower today, $265 – 290 in both the Eastern IA and IL markets.
