The LCFS Credit

California’s LCFS credit has remained somewhat stable compared to the recent fluctuations in RIN prices.  The RFS has seen its share of volatility with the recent upswing in RVO volumes, followed by Scott Pruitt be nominated to head the EPA, and then Carl Icahn being named as special advisor on regulatory reform.
