Trading was done steady in the Mo. River porcine MBM market today. Trading outside of the porcine market was very quiet.

Ruminant MBM trading averaged $8 higher and porcine $15, compared to the prior week’s average. The market saw a holiday premium worked in with good volume seen at higher prices.
