Soybean Crush Central Illinois

Despite the recent volatility in commodity prices, the soybean complex moved in a fairly unified manner over the past week.  Soybean oil prices moved higher, meal prices lower, and the cost of soybeans edged slightly lower. The altered price movements left the estimated crush value unchanged for the week.
