Heating Oil Prices Stabilize Following Election Jitter Drop

Heating oil prices are slightly lower in mid-morning trade on Wednesday following Tuesday election results where prices initially were hammered.  Wednesday inventory report showed a net decline in petroleum inventories as crude oil stocks increased, but products stocks decline.
