Heating Oil Tumbles Following Robust Crude Oil Inventory Build

Heating oil prices tumbled despite a solid draw in distillate inventories as imports came back into the United States in a big way, driving down the entire petroleum complex.  API reported a build of 9.3 million barrels of crude oil compared to the 1.5-million-barrel build expected by analysts.  Offsetting the increase in stock piles was a 3.6-million-barrel draw in distillates.
