Soybean Crush Central Illinois

Crushers saw margins slip lower across the past week. The oil yield per bushel crushed fell from 11.86 pounds to 11.77 and the meal yield dropped as well.  The meal yield descended from 46.43 pounds down to 45.95 pounds per bushel crushed.
