ANZ tallow export prices are up across the board this week on improved demand from Singapore. Sources have reported CIF values to that market in the US$590 – 610 range. Australian sellers have seen product availability tighten with slaughter continuing to slow. Dry conditions in New Zealand have had the opposite effect with more livestock headed to the abattoirs and heavier supplies hitting the market.
