Market Activity

Trading was done at lower levels in the ruminant MBM market. The Mo. River market traded between $180 – 200 and Panhandle trading was reported $150 – 180. Porcine trading was done $180 – 200 FOB Mo. River and Eastern IA/IL and $220 – 250 Carolinas. Sources have reported that heavy supplies continue to weigh on the market with bids heard as low as $150.
