Biodiesel Activity

A source in Washington reported that congress put in place a bill that would retroactively reinstate the blenders tax credit for 2015 and extend it as a blenders tax credit in 2016.  The measure does not replace the “new” extenders bill that was in place to change the tax credit to a producers’ tax credit.
