Market Activity

Ruminant MBM trading was off again today, $233 -265 FOB River and $225 – 260 FOB Panhandle. There was good volume at the bottom end of the panhandle range, nine loads between $225 – 229. Dallas/Hou trading was down $10. Sources commented that they expect further declines as the month draws to a close.

Porcine MBM trading was steady out of the Mo. River and Eastern IA/IL markets.
