The bulls remain in charge of the RIN market. B15’s were up more than 3 cents as obligated parties traded solid volume at 58 cents and 58.5 cents before the rally stalled mid-afternoon. B15’s settled with a 3 cent s gain on the day at 57½ cents. E15’s continued higher as well, pushing the 40-cent mark before fading back to 38.75 cents.  The 2015 D4/D6 widened towards 19 cents on the strong B15 move.
