Singapore, Argentina, and Indonesia are the major biomass based diesel exporters to the US

Nearly 25% of the biomass based diesel gallons accounted for in the US arrived as imports over the first half of the year. According to EIA import data, 79.3 million gallons arrived on shore as renewable diesel and 99.7 million gallons as biodiesel. The EPA EMTS data through June shows that 796.6 million gallons were accounted for in the RFS program.
