There were big drops in the poultry fat markets today as sellers continue to struggle with heavy supplies and tough competition amongst each other. Trading into the Delmarva market was down $0.03 and $0.0325 lower out of the Mid South. The cheaper poultry fat has dragged the yellow grease market lower as well with $0.1800 – 0.1900 reported into the Carolinas.
