August Soybean futures closed the contract month by dropping 30½ cents per bushel. The Aug contract has moved lower five out the past 6 weeks. The Sept contract was down 50¼. The latest WASDE data had both old crop and new crop ending stocks well above analyst expectations, especially the new crop. This led to a sharp sell off in bean prices….
