Biodiesel Activity

The bean oil/heating oil spread softened, dropping nearly five cents on stronger HO futures and lower SBO futures. HO gained more than 4 cents per gallon and closed back above $1.91, gaining back almost it lost in the previous two trading sessions. Soybean oil values eased 10 basis points to 32.82 cents per pound and remain in consolidation mode in the mid to upper ranges of trading prior to the RVO release.
