Soybeans bounced off contract lows to finish nearly 10 cents higher on the week for the July contract and 3 cents stronger for the August. Most of the momentum came on Friday with the proposed Biodiesel RVO release for years 2014 through 2017. Although slight, this was the first move higher in the past three weeks for beans.
