April Biomass based diesel production 144.4 mil gallons, up 16% from March

The April EMTS data was released earlier today, showing that production kicked up a notch in April as we move into Q2. We are still without RVO figures for 2014 and 2015, but in an effort to avoid more legal action, the EPA has advised that the 2014, 2015, 2016, and even 2017 proposed biodiesel RVO’s will be released by June first.
