Soybean oil prices gained Monday investor’s exited bearish bets and additional simulative policy from the Chinese Central Bank. Prices for the bean oil advanced as excess rain in Argentina slowed harvest there, and speculation continued that truckers in Brazil could resume earlier protests, sending foreign buyers to the U.S. for supplies instead.
