Market Activity

CWG traded in very good volume today out of the Mo. River. Thirty-five trucks traded at $0.2500 FOB, while another 16 traded at $0.2600 FOB. Three cars of CWG traded into the Chicago market at $0.2825. Heavy hog kills continue to keep the market well supplied. Sources have suggested that some slightly off spec lard may also be keeping the CWG market well supplied.

Edible tallow traded down sharply, $0.3200 Chicago in two cars.
