Bean Meal Continues to Tumble Following Weak Export Demand

Bean meal prices continue to drop on Tuesday following a decline on Monday amid signs of slipping demand. The USDA on Monday said 635,164 metric tons of soybeans had been inspected for export, missing analysts’ estimates for more than 800,000 tons. Prices for soybean meal, slid 2.7% on Monday, suggesting slowing demand for the both the raw material and finished product.
