The RIN complex is a wily beast isn’t it? Take for instance this past week where even Gina McCarthy herself essentially confirmed the previous weeks statements by Chris Grundren who at the NPRA Conference down in San Antonio presented what, by all accounts, appeared to be a bullish forward view on what to expect with the release of the much anticipated RVO’s this spring.
