Canola Experiences Choppy Trading but Momentum is Positive

After recovering for most of February, canola prices have turned lower over the past week, and are poised to test support levels near the January lows at 39.29.  Price action has been choppy as benchmark bean oil has see hedge fund traders move in and out quickly generating unwanted volatility.  Depsite robust supplies, demand continues to keep pace keeping vegetable oil prices buoyed.
